Can people notice my lazy eyes easily?

I have lazy eyes and I wonder if people can notice my lazy eyes just by looking at my eyes. I don't want them to know.

It will depend on how serious your lazy eye is. Some people with a lazy eye have no other external anomaly, so you won't know whether they have got a lazy eye. While some people who have lazy eyes often squints in the eye, especially where the eyes diverge out of line. So it is noticeable and people may know you have got lazy eyes.
