I heard that for the marines, they required have vision of 20/20 or correctable to 20/20. If you have perfect vision, you are lucky. If not but very want to join military in the upcoming years, you can try LASIK surgery that are likely to help you recover your vision. Now, there are many people with poor vision that now recover their vision by LASIK surgery in a short time. Good luck.

I am not sure the requirements in your local place. Generally speaking, your vision should be corrected to 20/20 with the corrected glasses or contacts if you want to join the military. However, it varies in different places. In my opinion, you are not qualified if your vision can't be corrected with the glasses or contacts to the following degree: (1) 20/40 in one eye and 20/70 in the other eye. (2) 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye. (3) 20/20 in one eye and 20/400 in the other eye. Whatever they are, you should contact the recruiter in your local place to know the requirements on paper. And you will see whether you are qualified for marines.
