Yes, the kidney may greatly cause the dry eyes. You will feel uncomfortable at the dry eyes. Since you have the kidney problem, you will have the weak immune system in the whole body. You should keep accepting the medicine to help you get well. You should eat more food with vitamin A and C to moisture the eyes. At last, I strongly suggest you to go to the hospital to accept the treatment for the kidney problems.

Yes, as a matter of fact, dry eyes is a lasting impact from kidney problems. Because kidney is one of the most significant organs, which is in charge of our blood's circulation and accelerate the metabolism. Problems arise when the kidney is not functioning adequately, endocrine dyspepsia is following, in the end, result in dry eyes. However, it is not possible to be sure of that yet, there are many other reasons lead to dry eyes. For example, staying up late, lacking of vitamin A, perhaps overusing your eyes and so on. Therefore, you'd better develop good life habits, such as ensuring ample sleep, taking more fruits containing vitamin A , putting eye drops sometimes, shortening the time that you spend on computer. After that, if the symptom is still exist, you are supposed to go to hospital and have a careful examination.
