Well, as we know that photophobia is eye discomfort in bright light. And if you get it, it can be dangerous, especially when you go out side, for it can just make your sight become confused. For the treatment, you can take some home remedies for the photophobia caused by corneal abrasion. For example, you can just eat certain foods such as Chinese wolfberries. Also, carotene from carrots and vitamin A can be useful too. By the way, you can just wear eye patch which can just protect your eyes from the irritants.

Well, so sorry to hear that you have got corneal abrasion. Anyway, it is one of the most serious problems with our eyes. You must know that there are some lasting impacts on your eyes after getting corneal abrasion, such as some slight infections and photophobia. So, if you want to get rid of photophobia, you should try to resort to multiple approaches, such as a healthier diet, some regular medical care and exams, as well as more exercise. Maybe you need to consult a doctor in the first place.

Some people may get the photophobia because of the eyes infection, corneal abrasion and so on. However, after the treatment of those eyes problems, you could also treat your symptom of photophobia by taking the medical treatment, using the eye drops with anti-inflammation and wearing the sunglasses to help you prevent the strong lights. You could do the above things to help you with your photophobia.
