Eye floaters are extremely common in adults and almost everyone has eye floaters by age 70. It is unusual for children under 16 years of age to notice eye floaters. It comes and goes with eye movement. At present it is considered harmless. Some tips may help you if you are teoubled by it . First, stop thinking about floaters and beleive that our brain has inherent capacity to ignore things which are not useful to us. Ofen see as greenery as possible. Drink plently of water and stop drinking aerated drinks. Last but not the least, have a good healthly diet.

Yes. Eye floaters is very common in adults especially for people with myopia. Age can also be one of the causes of eye floaters. I read online that almost everyone with age of 70 has eye floaters. But if you are young and less than 16 years old, it is unusual to get eye floaters. Though eye floaters are common and harmless, you shall visit a doctor if you noticed that your eye floater increased quickly in a short time. Because it may be a sign of some eye problems. So, take care.

Well, from what you said, I assume that you have got some serious problems with your eyes, for eye floaters is not an easy enemy to fight. Anyway, eye floaters is resulted from a lot of problems such as extremely serious myopia, traumas, infections with your eyes, etc. So you should try to pay attention to your health, quit smoking and drinking, stuff like that. And most importantly you should get some timely and good treatment in the hospital.

Well, yes, your friend is right, eye floaters can be harmful and you do not need to be too worried about it. And floaters are basically little blobs of protein that float through the hollow sphere which is filled with a thick, gel like fluid known as the vitreous humor. Eye floaters occur to many people, and it can be normal. But on the other hand, when you have too much eye floaters, it can be annoying and ugly to have them. For the treatments, some essential oil, such as tansy, sandalwood, juniper, lavender can be effective. Also, proper nutrition can prevent new eye floaters. By the way, just eat as many water and vitamin rich vegetables as possible. That can do a help to eye floaters too.
