  • #2
Yes, eye stress will cause some eye problems such light sensitivity which may have many side effects on your eyes. Your eyes may get dry easily. Your eyes will see things in the blurry state because of the intense nerves at the eyes. You need to use some eye drops to release your symptom and make your eyes get comfortable and moisture. You should have the good rest for the eyes.

Stress can cause eye problems that are for sure. Stress can not just make you upset, but also can lead to serious physical problems, including eyes. Light sensitivity has been reported by people with depression, pain, high blood pressure and some other disease. When you are stressed, you body will produce adrenaline to fight off the stress. The continuing producing of adrenaline will affect your body, making you tired. Eyes are very close to brain. Stress can affect your eye nerves and then cause eye problems. You need more rest and stop smoking and drinking to release your stress. There are some medications you can take, maybe you need to change your lifestyle and kick off the bad habits.
