In some degree, sinus infection can cause eye strain. Generally speaking, a blocked or inflamed nasal cavity cause sinus pressure. As a result, we will try to take breathe through our mouth or chest breathing leading to hyperventilation. Apart from that, we have take excessive oxygen, compared with the proportion of dioxide in our blood. As we all know, the high level of oxygen concentration will undoubtedly result in panic, dizzy or light sensitivity. Further, we enrroneously links these with other diseases. Then we enter into a vicious circle. Our eye are highly connected to our nerves. With the growing anxiety, we feel headache, discomfort, or eye pain. So it is possible to cause eye strain if you can not keep yourself in a peaceful mind.
