Yes, yago is good for eyes. When you do the yago, your blood circulation will be quick. Your eyes muscles will work normally. Your eyes vision will be improved. In order to be good for your eyes, you could also eat more food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes. You could also drink more water to moisture the eyes. Doing exercise, having good rest and using eyes in the good habit will improve your eyes vision.

There is no scientific evidence to support the so-called effect of yoga as well as other eye and body exercises. If you want to get rid of your eye problem, you should consult an oculist for a treatment that is suitable for your condition. If you really want to experience yoga, just do as you like. But I do not suggest you throw your eyeglasses while you are doing yoga. If you are tired of wearing eyeglasses, you can get contact lenses. However there are some tips to relieve your problem as home remedies: looking at green things more, reducing the time spent in front of computer and TV, getting sufficient sleep and taking in more A vitamin.

Ok, I really appreciate your efforts to stay healthy. Anyway, yoga would do you a great deal of help on many parts of your health, including your eyes. Generally speaking, after playing yoga, you would feel relaxed and good, and your eye strain or fatigue would be relieved because during the exercise, your eyes are closed and your body functions better. Just try to pay attention to every aspect of your health.
