When should I sleep before an eye exam in the morning?

I am going to get an eye exam at 10 am tomorrow. I was wondering when I should go to sleep in order to get an accurate result.

The sleep time will not have effect on your test result ,but having a sound sleep is good for your eyes and your health . If you stay up too late , you will have bloodshot eyes and dark circles in the morning .
