How to tell the gender of sunglasses?

My son is being laughed at by his friends that he is wearing girl sunglasses, he argues that his are boy sunglasses. So I want to know how to tell the gender?

Actually there aren't any clearly distinguish between the female and male.And at present,many people are tend to choose unisex frames which would make him/her look cool and fashionable. BTW, the female frames are always larger/rounder and more decorated than male's. The frames for female are always in many colors and patterns.
