How do I loosen the hinge on sunglasses?

I want to loosen the hinge of my sunglasses.They are stiff and really hard to move.What should I do?

If the hinge is stiff and hard to move , it is possibly because the screw is abraded and lose its flexibility. It is better for you to replace a new one. Remove the old screw with a thin-blade and insert a new one in the same size.Then tighten the screw until the frame is secure, but don't over tighten in case you could strip the screw.
