No, i don't think yellow lenses sunglasses are good choices for driving at night. You can buy especially night vision glasses for driving. Though sunglasses with yellow lenses can increase contrast in hazy, foggy or low-light conditions to help people get comfortable vision, yellow lenses can cause color distortion that may make you can't judge traffic lights correctly. So, you'd better not wear it for driving.
