Is there much of a difference between ski goggles and snowboard goggles?

No ,they are actually the same .They may be called by different sellers to find their target group . Some seller market their goggles to only one sport, and some market to both

They don't differ between sports.Some people may prefer calling them ski goggles while other people may like to call them snowboard goggles.
