  • Do your eyes get worse if you wear your reading glasses all the time?

stupid question i know lol but jus curious, cause im near sighted when reading and stuff and i cant see from the distance and i wear my glasses all the time. is wearing your reading glasses normal?

Yeah.reading glasses are different from computer glasses. reading glasses have the focus on the distance you would normally hold a book while computer glasses have the focus on the distance from your eyes to the computer screen. computer glasses can not only reduce glare and the intensity of the light produced by the computer monitor but also block UV rays produced by monitors and fluorescent lighting.

Absolutely not. reading glasses won't hurt you. Wearing reading glasses is normal of course. They are especially helpful for people who have presbyopia. reading glasses made to assist people who have problems seeing close objects clearly come to their aids timely. You can feel free to wear your reading glasses as much as you like when you want to see things close up. If you don't have to do near work, you can not wear reading eyeglasses.

Reading glasses are not supposed to be worn all the time. They only be worn for reading. If you look long distance with them, everything will be blurred.

The factors that can affect vision are genes, long term exposure to intense light, PH balance, cholesterol levels, and vascular health, etc. All of these factors can not be changed through the eye exercises. The eye exercises are used to strengthen the muscles around the eyes which has little to do with eyesight. Therefore doing eye exercises has nothing to do with natural perfect eyesight.

Yes.First make sure your prescription of your reading glasses is correct. Then it will take you some time to get used to reading glasses.
