How soon can we get the glasses we ordered online?

Waiting for glasses. I ordered my glass on Wednesday April 3,2013 I have been checking the status online and it still says lens waiting for about 5 days now.is something wrong with my order?i need them soon and I figured they would at least been shipped by now.
