Will my eyesight get worst If I use the computer a lot even though I Wear glasses?

When I use the computer i wear my glasses but I always use the computer everyday will that affect my eye sight even though I wear my glasses. HELP!!

I work in front of a computer for a whole day and I wear glasses,too. I don't think they will damage my eyesight as long as you blink your eyes often and rest your eyes for a while after a long time staring at your computer screen.
