I work in a very brightly lit office environment and stare at a computer screen on average of 9 hours a day. This didn't seem to be a problem for me until I had corrective eye surgery done, thus making me light sensitive. Now I go home at the end of the day with headaches and sometimes an uncontrollable eye twitch. I have 20/15 vision in both eyes so I don't need an RX pair of glasses, just something to help with the brightness and computer glare. Any suggestions?
