Can I wear computer glasses for reading without damaging my vision?

I am wondering if i can wear computer glasses for reading without damaging my vision. If not which ones would allow me to do both. i like to read but have troubles with my eyes a lot?

Please don't use computer glasses to read books. They have different purpose. Just buy reading glasses for your reading. You don't have to go to the eye doctor for them, you can find them almost anywhere. You can try them on in the store to find the best strength.

It is OK if you can get good vision from computer glasses to read books. In fact, there is no limit for usage of eyeglasses. As long as the eyeglasses are good to your eyes and give you clear vision for what you doing, you can use it. If you the computer glasses can't provide you clear vision when read books, however, you shall prepare a pair of special reading glasses.
