When i order eyeglasses online, their customer service told me that i should get correct prescription including the PD which is very important for buying eyeglasses. So, can you tell me what will happen if i wear my eyeglasses with wrong PD?

So just go and see the eye doctor, when some symptoms occur.

And you can feel headache from eye strain, dizziness, vertigo and nausea due to the big difference between the correct and incorrect prescriptions. You may have difficulty in seeing clearly when you are driving, which can cause an awful accident.

Actually before you order the prescription glasses, you'd better have the full check on the eyes. The correct prescription will make you get the right eyes vision. In addition, you could take other elements into consideration to make you wear the glasses comfortably. However, the wrong PD will not affect your eye vision but will make you wear not that comfortable.
