Can I wear my glasses while reading books and playing computer?

I am nearsighted,do I still need to wear them even though I can clearly see near objects?

It is not necessary for you to wear glasses special for nearsightedness to read books or playing computers, if you can clearly see near objects. You can use your glasses only when you see things in far distance. But, please remember whenever you have problem see near distance, you may need another pair special for reading or computer use.
