If I have wrong prescription for my glasses, would it harm my eyes?

A wrong prescription won't harm your eyes, but it may cause discomfort. If the difference between the correct and wrong prescriptions is minor, then it just cause blurry vision. If it is much different from your correct prescription, it may cause headaches.

It is just like you wear bigger size shoes than you usually wear. It would not harm your eyes, but you will feel uncomfortable. Glasses in wrong prescription just can't correct your vision very well but it is better than none.
