  • How to find a pair of glasses that can fit your face?

I have a small face. My cousin has a big face. We are both confused to find a pair of glasses that fit our face. You know, it is difficult to measure the face. Do you have any good suggestions? Thank you in advance!

I have a small face too. I think we should look for frames in the 42mm to 50mm range. My optician told me that Baxter, Diane and Pepper will look very well with a small face. You can have a try too. I just bought a pair glasses from his shop. I am quite satisfied with that. You can have a try in any eyeglasses stores or optical shops. They will be very kind to help you. Good luck!

You said that your cousin has a big face, so I think he or she should choose the frames that have a width which is higher than 52mm. he can choose Margot, Andy or Sam frames. They are very good for people who have a big face. Hope this helped!

I don't know which kind of face I have. My mum told me that your face is so small. But some people told me that I have a big face even though her face is bigger than mine. So sometime I will think my face is small but sometime I will think it is big when I look into the mirror. I two pair of glasses. One of them looks very good on my face while the other make my face look smaller. my optician suggest me to choose the glasses that have a width ranging from 48mm to 53mm. he told me these kind of glasses fit for medium faces. I can try Gretta, Charlie and Jack.

There are frame width, bridge width, temple with and bridge location that you should take into consideration when you want to buy a pair of glasses. Frame width should be suitable for the size of your face. They range from narrow faces to wide faces. But most of us have medium faces. Bridge width can help determine the fit too. if you have close set eyes or a narrow bridge, you'd better choose the number which is between 15mm to 18 mm. as to the people who have a wider face, the number should be 18mm to 22mm. The temple length vary from 135mm to 150mm. usually the small faces will choose a temple length that is 135mm. Bridge location also plays an important role in choosing a pair of suitable glasses. If the bridge of your nose is higher on your face, you'd better choose frames with a more arched brow line and a lower bridge such as Jack, Sam and Dash. If the bridge of your nose is lower on your face, you'd better choose Gretta, Reese, Hugo and Tracy.
