Can I replace the old lens of my Vintage Retro Glasses?

I have a pair of Vintage Retro Glasses inherited from my grandmother and I would love to reuse the frames. Could I replace the old lens with lenses of my prescription?

That depends on the material of the frame. I would not recommend you to replace your old lens if it is a plastic frame, because plastic would become brittle over time and it is easy to break. If it's a metal frame, you can take them to an optical shop to have them replaced.
